Hover Camera Passport

You have probably seen the Dji Spark Hover Camera Passport, if your search for an aerial camera has ended. Its sleek, enclosed carbon fiber body makes it safe to grab mid-air and take photos. It even features face recognition. The main attraction is the simplicity. There are no tedious or complicated controls. The camera can easily be carried in a day bag, backpack, or other small container.

This camera offers many of the same features and functions as the Spark. You can turn it on and launch it with one hand. It can recognize your face and track you without a remote control. It can also be controlled with gestures. However, the Passport has a far better camera than the Spark. It has a 13-megapixel camera and 4K video recording. If you intend to use the camera on rough terrain, we recommend this camera.

DJI Mavic Air

Although the DJI Spark for Mavic Air drones and Mavic Pro drones look very similar, there are some differences. The battery life is the main difference. Although the Mavic Air claimed a flight time between 21 and 18 minutes, hovering takes about 18 minutes. The Spark has a flight time that is only 16 minutes, and hovers for around 12 minutes.

Mavic Air's sensor technology has greatly improved its accuracy. The Mavic Air now has backward-facing sensors. It also features an Advanced Pilot Assistance System (APAS) that allows the drones to fly around obstacles. To start the flight, tap the Mavic Air's palm. Once it detects your palm, the drone will take off and fly around obstacles, automatically following you when you move your palm.

How to Repair a Damaged Motor on a Drone

The first step toward repairing a damaged motor is to identify what part of the motor is broken. To do this, remove the propeller and motor shaft. Next, remove all wires from the motor shaft and inspect the internal workings. If you see something wrong, then you know what part of the motor you have to fix.

If the motor is in good condition, you shouldn't worry. But if it looks like one of the images below, you will need to replace parts before you can fly again.

Suppose a motor has been bent up so it won't turn anymore. To get the motor to turn again, you'll need to bend it. To hold the motor in place, you can use a pair or vice grips. After this is done, you should inspect the motor carefully for any signs or wear.

Once everything looks good, you can put the propeller back on the motor shaft. Then, reattach the wires. Your drone is now ready to fly!
